At Gandhi Appliances, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every home and kitchen purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the appliance in its original manufacturer box, including all manuals, accessories, and protective inserts to ensure safe transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable carrier of your choice to send the package back to our designated returns center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or exchange back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
